we have any other TI processor where HD-SDI Signals can be interfaced directly

Hussain,

Not directly, but you have decoder/convertor to convert HD-SDI signals to parallel output, then it can be interfaced with DM8148.

It looks like it output 10bit or 20bit output, but can't confirm. Please check with Semtech if this chip can output standard yuv422 data over 8bit or 16bit interface.
