Is it possible for you to share your use-case (what peripheral you use etc), max junction temp  and power/thermal limits , to see if there is a way we can guide this discussion, without the self serve power estimation tool availability?

We are looking to use this device/family in a number of different configurations with different combinations of R5F & A72 active.
When will the PET for this family be available?

Thanks for sharing your peripheral and temperature use-case. Assuming high utilization , worst case process and Tj 125C,  for your use-case scenarios  the estimated SoC power (DRA821U)  should be mostly under 7W, and closer to ~6W in most scenarios. 

The PET is likely going to be available towards the end of the year or 1Q22 time frame.
