AM5728: Guidance needed for Acontis EtherCat Master Development

A customer would like to get started a new project for EtherCat Master implementation w/ Acontis Stack on top of AM57x.

Could you please give us overall guidance to use Acontis Guide with latest information. e.g Is it possible to use Acontis solution on top of Linux SDK?

Hi,

They can use either CPSW (GMAC) or PRU-ICSS to implement EtherCAT master but TI cannot support any such development. Please contact Acontis or another 3P for this effort. If there any issues with base PRU-ICSS or CPSW software, then we can support.
