TDA4VM: TDA4VM DSI to CSI interface

Do you mean to use TDA4x's output MIPI interface to send RGB888 data to other CSI input? 

It should be possible to send MIPI output using CSITX module from TDA4x. It supports various MIPI data formats.. Please refer to specs for more information..

1.CSI interface receive UYVY video stream of camera for actual application field, if the second TDA4 receive RGB888 video stream from the first TDA4 MIPI interface, we need to modify video format in the second TDA4(target TDA4 ECU), customer require to keep same software and hardware in the second target TDA4.  

2. Please confirm TDA4x's can output MIPI interface to send UYVY format data to other CSI input ?

I am not still getting it, could you please share the exact data flow chains with the format?

Is it 

UYVY -> TDA4x -> RGB888 -> TDA4xx

or 

UYVY -> TDA4x -> UYVY -> TDA4x

Both can be supported, because MIPI can output RGB data as well as YUV422 data.

Only supports TDA4x-->UYVY(serializer))-> Deserilizer-->UYVY -> TDA4x,  because we look the left TDA4 as camera simulator (UYVY) of the right TDA4.
