Hi, TI

  I use dra821 evm, sdk version is 08.00.00.05, I recompile tiboot3.bin，replace it in SD BOOT partition, but it can not work.

I use two compilation methods as follow:

1. https://software-dl.ti.com/jacinto7/esd/processor-sdk-linux-j7200/08_00_00_05/exports/docs/j7200/linux/Overview_Top_Level_Makefile.html

2. https://git.ti.com/cgit/ti-u-boot/ti-u-boot/tree/board/ti/j721e/README?h=ti-u-boot-2021.01
