I want to connect the much maximum 1 bit ECC nand Flash to DM/AM37XX ,how much maximum can I select the NAND FLASH.

If I designed a PDA use the DM3730 in WINCE ,if I need to buy a xds560 emulator .

I design a product with the AM3715 ,Beacuse there is little 1 bit ECC nand flash,some 1 bit ECC flash would able to stop production. So I want to use a BGA eMMC to storage the program and data ; and what to I can flash the program into the eMMC ,when the POS products dive into product line in the factory.

Now the POS product has a NAND flash and eMMC,

and so later I would design the product only use the eMMC ,don not use the NAND flash.
