It is plausible to do this from a device architecture perspective , as it is likely that the on chip memory is sufficient. However please note that TI SDK does not support TI RTOS or FreeRTOS on Cortex A72 cores. Processor SDK Linux heavily relies on external memory - LPDDR4 ( there is no DDR4 support on this family) - so if you planned to leverage TI software , it maybe difficult proposition for you.
You may want to check with 3Ps like Greenhills , for other RTOS based solutions for Jacinto family
