I have Logicpd but I am missing the ANDROID SDCARD to boot the system. Would anybody help how I can make this boot disk?

Kindly follow the procedure mentioned at

Utility is available with android devkit.

I am assuming that you mean the LogicPD AM3517 evm.
You can download the pre-built images for AM3517 from http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_tii/TI_Android_DevKit/02_02_00/index_FDS.html (Froyo) or http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_tii/TI_Android_DevKit/TI_Android_GingerBread_2_3_DevKit_1_0/index_FDS.html (Gingerbread)
The release package contains a utility to prepare the SD card called mkmmc-android.sh. Refer to the User Guide for instructions on preparing the SD card.
