I am using an eMMC in 4-bit mode with the AM3517. Are pullups needed on the DAT4-7 when they are not used? They will not be connected to anything.

Hello Mike,

the MMC data pins are set to mode 7 "safe mode" after reset. as long as you don't configure them as inputs you should be ok. You might want to check to see if the pad config register to make sure your code isn't programming them to a different mode.
