What is the basic power consumption of AM437x if no peripheral is running.
If I want to run only ethernet application what will be the power utilization??
If I want to run only USB application what will be the power utilization??

Hi Uday,
Some power metrics for AM437x were captured in the attached document:
In Deep Sleep mode, we measured the device consumes 4.5mW of power.
If running Linux but idle (logged in at command line after kernel load, but no action taken after that) we measured 698mW with DDR3 and 495mW with DDr2 applications.
USB only and ethernet only applications were not measured, but you can check out the Power Estimation Tool at :
https://www.ti.com/tool/POWEREST
and scroll down until you see the POWEREST-AM437X which eventually leads you to the download link:
http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/spraca3
with this tool you can change the % utilization of ethernet and USB (cells G20 and G18/19) and then can see the estimated change in power consumption. This should help answer your question.
Regards,
Colin
