TDA4VM: CAN routine has no signal output

Experts:

    Run the mcusw/mcuss_demos/profiling/can routine, there is no signal output on the demo board j29/j30/j31/j34.
What is the reason and how to solve it?

                           CAN_LOOPBACK_ENABLE                       STD_OFF
                           CAN_EXT_LOOPBACK                                STD_OFF
                           CAN_TX_ONLY_MODE                               STD_ON

Compile command:
 make -s can_profile_app BOARD=j721e_evm SOC=j721e BUILD_PROFILE=release CORE=mcu1_0 BUILD_OS_TYPE=freertos
