CCSTUDIO: CCSTUDIO stuck at 64% while trying to build CCS Project on Windows 11 laptop

I am having trouble compiling firmware in CCSTUDIO on my windows 11 laptop. Not sure if it has something to do with CCSTUDIO on a windows 11 laptop or not. The CCS Project seems to compile fine on my windows 10 PC just fine with the current version 11.0. I have also tried version 10.4.0 on my windows 11 laptop and the firmware was still stuck at 64%. I am compiling for a MSP430F5438 to give more reference. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
