TMS320DM365 slave mode

We have a problem to connect our device to PC.
 
DSP:              TMS320DM365
Kernel:            2.6.18
Mode:             USB Slave
Driver:             g_file_storage
Command line: insmod g_file_storage.ko file=/dev/mmsblk0p1 stal=0
 
Some of PC with Windows XP or Widows Vista cannot recognize our device
"USB Device not recognized"
 
Please advise if you have met such problem and how to solve it.
