AM5729: ethercat slave with PRU1

hardware：TMDSIDK5729

I generated the project file as described in https://software-dl.ti.com/processor-industrial-sw/esd/docs/indsw/EtherCAT_Slave/01_00_10/PRU_ICSS_EtherCAT.html#introduction

I can run ethercat slave with PRU2 and I can scan it in twincat, but when I run salve with PRU1, I can not scan it. I want to know why?
