TDA4VM: Some of modules are not included in PBIST example code in SDK

Hi TI,

As we know, there 16 modules are included in PBIST example.

Some of other modules are not in , but are asked by safety manual to do PBIST. Such modules are

  • AD
  • CLEC
  • CPSW
  • CSI
  • GIC
  • MMC/SD
  • MSRAM
  • VBUSM TOG
  • VIM

The SDK version: 7.3

Safety manual version: F4

Please help to add these parts, thanks

    Hi,

    Please ensure the latest revision of the Safety Manual available on SecureSw is being referenced.    Safety Manual Version F6 is the latest revision.

    The Software Diagnostics Library, SDL_00_01_00 package available on SecureSW contains pbist testing examples.  Please review the self tests in this S/W package, at test\pbist\pbist_sdl\..

    Regarding the SDL package:

    • To request access for PSDK RTOS Add-on Packages the first time: [LINK]
