Can anybody recommend a 32.768kHz oscillator that runs from 1.8V and meets the 20ns rise and fall times stated in the AM3517/AM3505 data sheet?
See sys_32K requirements in table 4-4 on page 94.
I've searched and failed to find anything close.

Hi Fi
This one has never been answered properly.
See http://e2e.ti.com/support/dsp/sitara_arm174_microprocessors/f/416/p/65675/237167.aspx#237167 for as near as it gets
It seems someone has written the spec (hopefully not designed it) without checking whether the parts required to meet the spec exist anywhere except their imagination.

We ran into the same issue on the AM37xx series parts, the easiest way I found to get around it is to sharpen up the oscillator output with a schmitt trigger buffer or inverter between the osc and the micro. You can find these logic devices in very small packaging, and at 32kHz, the additional current consumption is very minimal.

Thanks guys. I'd hoped to use an ST part (STCL132KRDEAW89) that solved the problem nicely, but looks like it's just gone obsolete. Just my luck!
(Can still be bought from Mouser and Digikey if anybody wants a very short term solution)
I'm waiting to hear from ST, hoping that there may be a replacement, otherwise it's the gate on the output for me as well.
