In DRA821 device, some ECC aggregator's NUM_RAMS is zero, but there are endpionts' information in corresponding SEC_STATUS_REG0.
The ECC Aggregator instances are listed as follows:
- MCU_I3C0_P
- MCU_I3C0_S
- CPSW0
- I3C0_P
- I3C0_S
The NUM_RAMS of ECC Aggregator is obtained via CCS debugger. And the snipshots of the above ECC aggregators are attached.
You can reproduct the issue in your DRA821 board, and view the following registers.
