why DVSDK 4 for Linux OMAP3530 does NOT provide docs as indicated ?

What documents are you referring to?

I am using 4.0.1.00.09 it says that by the end of the install the SDG will be open, but this is not the case also it says that it can found under the docs directory in the DVSDK dir but again I can not find them. What is the latest or the recommended DVSDK to use for Linux/OMAP3530 ?

Correct but during installation neither it was launched at the last stage of the install (as is promised) nor exsit on the disk. My question wether I am not doing right? or else?

It launced for me and it is found in the ti-dvsdk_omap3530-evm_4_01_00_95/docs directory.  Did you install on an Ubuntu 10.04 system?

Thanks for confirming.  I just wanted to make sure we weren't debugging a different system.  However that doesn't mean our setups are not subtely different.

When I installed the DVSDK, I used all of the default settings.  I do have the aforementioned ./docs directory with the OMAP3530_EVM_Software_Developers_Guide.pdf.
