file transfer between devkit8000 and Windows Xp PC

Hii

I am using Devkit8000 with a PAL camera.There are some files that my application generates which I store in SD card.My  requirement is to transfer those files to a windows PC either through LAN or Wifi.I am able ping between the two systems i.e devkit8000 and my pc

There is tftp server in devkit8000.But I need guidlines on how can i configure the tftp server and how do i transfer files to my PC.

I also need guidelines how to enable internet connection  for devkit8000.I am using tata photon and after i plugging  it to devkit ,I don't know how to proceed..

 

Plz do help in these aspects
