Can a single device handle 16 channels of H.264 video encoding with D1 resolution (720×480 pixels)? If so, what frame rate could be supported with this configuration? In general, is there a document reference that could be use to address these questions and how to configure the drivers accordingly?

Hi,

It should support 16 channels of H.264 video encoding with D1 resolution. It should also work with 30fps.
