Suspend to RAM mode is not supported in SW (SDK).

This would depend on the usecase you plan to run when in low lower mode, can you indication on what will be running in the system?

If in an MCU only mode, you can wake up from CAN when a known message is received on the CAN bus connected to MCU CAN and this can trigger a power transition back to ACTIVE (full SoC powered on) mode.

But however this may not be the "best" way to do it, please add more details on the system requirements.
