Can we use a smartphone platform's DSI (LCM display data) to TDA4VM‘s CSI， through TDA4VM's DSI or DP to display the smartphone’s comments？

Yes，use TDA4's CSI RX to receive another module‘s DSI TX.

DSI and CSI are two different protocol and cannot be connected..

No, DSI is used for TX.
