RTSC Platform selection drop-down menu does not work?

I am running into CCS anomalies today while trying to debug my SYSBIOS code. This functionality has worked fine in the past. There appears to be a path issue of some kind for selecting a platform from myRepositories/packages. I have been using a custom platform for some time and up until now it has worked fine. But for some reason today, when I go to CCS->Build->RTSC and click on the drop-down menu, nothing happens,i.e. the menu does not drop down and does not show a list of available platforms. If I re-add the path to myRepositories/packages and try again, the same thing happens. It appears that something is broken in the RTSC target selection window.

Any thoughts or guidance would be appreciated.
