TDA4VM: Is is possible for SDK 7.03 version to support two different IP on 9G switch at the same time?

Part Number: TDA4VM

Only 9G switch of main domain is used on our product board. But customer ask us to realize two different IP. One is static for in vehicle Ethernet communication , and the other is dynamically allocated by external DHCP server.

We have had a tried, but meet these errors.

Dear Liu,

I'm sorry that I have only tried on SDK 8.0. And if the two IPs are in the same network segment I think it is good to support.

Customer's requirement is that two different IP are both on A72 with different network segment. That's the problem.

Sikai or Wang,

It is not possible as the ethfw only support one virtual mac on the linux side. So the only way is to setup two different VLAN IDs, and assign each VLAN ID a different IP.
