This seems to be a code thing, rather than a device specific thing. I would check the sections that you have labeled with noinit or persistent here is a quick document on the different types. NOINIT and PERSISTENT.

Another thing that might help us debug is the full error report and the code sections you can provide us that are related to any persistent or noinit. My suspicions are towards any code that might be declared as noinit and persistent, or a shared memory location that are being accessed by these pragmas, or if a noinit section is placed in FRAM.

         I downloaded the official website routine compilation error. (The file name:USSLib_01_40_00_06_windows_installer)

         The following is an error message,

I notice the project is the USS SW Lib template example and the device is the FR6047. Are you able to build the template from this example template FR6047_USSSWLib_template_example? This uses a newer version of the USSLib (Version 02.40.00.00)
