Hi Na,

CCS3.3 is not available for free. CCSv3.3 can still be purchased.

However, you may still find a copy of CCS3.3 in one of the CD-ROMs from an older EVM.

You can either find someone who has an older EVM or order one from Spectrum Digital: http://www.spectrumdigital.com/index_orig.php?cPath=37_59

Make sure to ask them if it comes with the CCS3.3.
