OMAP-L138: Ti RTOS download link is not working

Apologies for the delayed response. Looks like I started looking into your request last month and then lost the work.

For some reason the OMAP-L138 SDK 6.3 download links for both Linux and RTOS SDKs are given as http, while the OMAP-L138 SDK 6.1 download links for both Linux and RTOS SDKs are given as https. Please try using the https version of the links, as below:
