Hello.

while TDA2P is working one or two hour, it was shut-down .

TDA2P was very hot temperature .

So, I just want to know default thermal shut-down temperature .

I don't handle Temperature register in the TDA2P .

Can you tell us about default thermal shut-down temperature in the TDA2P

Hello, The TSHUT registers default to a setting of 123C. When the on die temp sensors reach that temp then an internal TSHUT reset is asserted.

Hello Wi,

It is possible but not recommended. The SoC is spec'ed and tested to max Tj=125C.

There are 5 temp sensors. Here is one example register from the TRM:
