TDA4VM: TDA4VM Power-On-Hour (POH) Limits

Hi Ti team:

 We can see the Power-On-Hour (POH) Limits is 20000 hours at  Automotive -40°C to 125°C and automotive profile is defined as 20000 power on hours with junction temperature as follows: 5%@-40°C, 65%@70°C, 20%@110°C,10%@125°C.

But  the Power-On-Hour (POH) Limits is 100000 hours at  Extended -40°C to 105°C. 

1.Is the  Power-On-Hour (POH) Limits 20000 or 100000 hours if we conterl the Automotive TDA4 junction temperature under the 105°C?

2.What is the automotive profile defined at 100000 power on hours(Automotive TDA4 junction temperature under the 105°C),such as automotive profile is defined as 20000 power on hours with junction temperature as follows: 5%@-40°C, 65%@70°C, 20%@110°C,10%@125°C.?
