CCSTUDIO: CCS IDE all block blank and no menu bar

Hi TI supports and engineers,

During using CCS, there's an unexpected windows os system reset. After the reset, CCS all blocks are blank and no menu bar.

Then I uninstall CCS and reset the system, and install ccs_setup_11.0.0.00012. But the problem still exists.

Could you please help on this?
