C5505 ECG design in Simulink

hi,

    i just got the whole C5505 kit with all peripherals. i am looking for guidance in implementing c5505 ecg in simulink for generating code using CCS 3.3. can you advice me how to proceed it this area??

    Please, can you specify which type of guidance you are looking for (Algorythms, connectivity, Data Converter, ...) ?

    hi Seb,

                             Actually i am doing project of implementing ECG on c5505. In simulink i did not find c5505 proccessor but proccessors of c5501,02,03,07,09 etc. can u please tell me whether i can use those proccessors for modelling, if they are all similiar???

                            one thing more, would u advice me to use simulnik or use CCS 3.3 solely for code generation???

    "The MathWorks tools currently don't support the newer C5505 processor out of the box; we are looking into it, and should have a support for generating code from MATLAB and Simulink for this processor. Once the basic code generation support is enabled for this processors, you'd be able to follow the same steps provided in the article you refer to."

    I would recommend you using CCS4 or CCS3.3 solely.

    hi,

                  Thank you Seb. Now  i am successfully connected to the pc. but i am again stuck . there are two things i wanted to know that i have set up all the connections as given on the guide, what do i do next??? should i need to write code on CCS or used the given ".out" file with th EVM and the guide mentions "ecgsystem.pjt" but its not here in cds given. i use "ecgsystem-nonbios.pjt" which is given actually , the lcd and pc application starts to give signals but they all are too much noisy.

    Secondly if i use the out file then there is much noise on the pc application...with all leads off status are working fine.

    so can u advice me how to proceed further... It would be a great help again.
