the difference between TMS320VC5509AZAYR and TMS320VC5509AGBBR

I am using the TMS320VC5509AZAYR and found the TMS320VC5509AGBBR is also same pin out. I wonder to know whether it can be replaced directly? From the datasheet, the only description of the difference is the packages. One is MicroStar BGA and other one is Lead-Free MicroStar. I dont know what is the difference.
