PROCESSOR-SDK-AM335X: Questions about DTS files on am335x

I have a question about description of I2C in DTS.

for example:

In arch/arm/boot/dts/am335x-evmsk.dts, I don't understand the how to determine the address in red line.

Is there anyone can tell me how these addresses come? Thanks.
