CCS v4 Flashwriter project for nand on AM37XX

HI,

Iam using AM 37xx, i would like to flash the nand using blackhawk  debuggers , CCS VERSION 4... where would i get the nandwriter.out. Could some one give me the link for the procedures for configuing CCS v4 for writing to flash on AM37xx device boards
