SK-TDA4VM: Booting from PCIe (NVMe SSD)

My question is about booting TDA4VM from PCIe (NVMe SSD).

Can anyone confirm that this scenario works (directly from PCIe or starting SPL form QSPI). If yes, what requirements are for it.

Hi Alexey,

We have not tested this mode on TDA4VM-SK yet and I need to check if this was done on TDA4VM-EVM.
However this should be possible. Kindly allow me few days for folks to get back from vacation and find out what is done and available.

Hi,

I just can confirm, that booting solution works only for SK-AM64x, as described in SK-AM64: Start U-Boot from OSPI with the SK-AM64 Starter Kit - Processors forum - Processors - TI E2E support forums.
