DRA821U: Feature Release Plan of Mode Switch Application

The Mode Switch Application has been deprecated and has been added in the SDK as a new MCU only mode demo as a part of the LPM (Low Power Manager) module.

Currently this demo is supported on DRA829/TDA4VM and will be supported on DRA821 in future releases. The exact release tag is still under discussion.
