TDA4VM: MCU timer0 capture function doesn't work

Part Number: TDA4VM

Experts:

I want to use MCU timer0 to capture PWM from PAD_E22. So I program codes and run on MCU1_0,

accordign to <SPRUIL1B-J721E DRA829TDA4VM-TRM>5.1.2.4,  12.10.3.4.6 and 12.10.3.5.2.3.

Input 500Hz, VPP=3V square wave to PAD_E22. PAD_E22 remains low after the program is running.

If PAD_E22 is configured as GPIO input, the injected square wave is detected at PAD_E22.

what are the reasons?
