a According to  PROC078E8A(001)_SCH documentation,

 I would like to know the purpose and reason for using a 0ohm resistors and beads. (FL, FL25, FL8, FL11, FL15... etc)

Is deletion impossible?

    The 0-ohms resistors can be removed.  The EVM used as option in case additional filtering was required during testing.  Regarding the filters (beat plus capacitors), it is recommended to follow the same filtering strategy used on the EVM as that is how the device has been validated/characterized.
