Following this guide: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/AM35x_EVM_Boot_from_SD/MMC_card

I get the SD card to boot the AM3517 EVM. I copied the MLO, u-boot.bin, uImage from the DVD disk.

I want to change OS from QNX into Linux by doing those work. But when I power on the EVM I get "reading boot sector", then the xloaer hangs, What' the problem? Thanks !

Hi Zhang,

I reckon it is something to do with the bootloader image. Try using a different image and post the log accordingly.

I have solved the problem.It is caused by hardware connection.Thanks all the same.

What sort of hardware problem caused the problem you described. I am having the same issue and not luck yet.

It should be the connection problem between mother board and core board. It works good when I press the core board.
