TDA4VM: question about EGL init on PSDK RTOS+QNX , without display hardware

For the TI PSDK QNX release, if the QNX screen, process is started the OpenGL APIs are available to be called.

The PSDK RTOS, Vision Apps Surround view demo, uses OpenGL in this fashion.   The QNX specific code for this can be referenced at: vision_apps/utils/opengl/src/a72/app_gl_egl_utils_qnx.c.
