do we plan support for Segger-Jlnk emulator?

I would suspect that it would be that the Segger-Jlink would need to support the AM64 rather than the other way around.

I'm copying out emulation experts for their input.

There is currently no plan for Segger-JLink support.

Our recommendation is to use the XDS110, XDS200, or XDS560 based debugging with the CCS IDE environment.
