PROCESSOR-SDK-J721E: DL_DIR is not set when building Yocto project

Hi Champs.

My customer is seesing an error during Yocto project build as below.

Could you please check ? How to set DR_DIR ? I am not sure whether they did run the below script since it's not shown from captured snapshot.

I have not seen this issue earlier in my test Yocto build.

cd yocto-build
./oe-layertool-setup.sh -f configs/processor-sdk-linux/processor-sdk-linux-<version>.txt

    Hi

    I found DL_DIR is set from local.conf as below. I checked the yocto SDK build can be done from SDK latest version as well.

    DL_DIR = "/home/arrow/ti-processor-sdk-linux-j7-evm-08_01_00_07/yocto-build/downloads"

    I will try to find out the reason why customer was able to produce this issue from their platform this week.

    Jack,

    Yes, the DL_DIR is configured from the conf/local.conf.

    I suspect that the customer missed some commands during the build procedure.

    Please create a new thread and provide all details of commands to investigate further. Closing this thread now.
