How to handle the VPP pin during normal operation with HW support to program eFuse ROM. The datasheet is saying 0V, is a pull-down acceptable (what size) or does it need to be pulled directly to ground?
Best regards,

This comment applies to a product that has been to designed with an on-board VPP source. It is basically saying the VPP source shall source a 0V potential when not actively programming the eFuse array. Many LDOs offer an active discharge function for their output when disabled. This would be one option. The other option is to use a pull-down to hold the LDO output to 0V when it is disabled. The pull-down value needs to be to selected such that it doesn't allow any leakage path through the LDO to source a potential greater than 0V when disabled.
