I urgently need schematics for any AM335x ZCE NFBGA part

Any protoboard ?

There must be a board that TI developed to test the ZCE package AM335x 

Looking forward to your positive feedback (We are planning on working through the weekend to get the production line up with a ZCE package

    Hi Mark,

    Please contact your TI FAE (Field Applications Engineer) regarding this.  In the meantime, a few helpful resources for the ZCE package include the AM335x datasheet, pinmux tool, and ZCE symbol, as well as general AM335x resources such as the AM335x schematic review checklist.  These resources are available through the AM335x product folder on ti.com.
