Hello,
what PC flash tools are available? Customer is searching for a tool which can be interfaced to PC Ethernet port (instead of USB) to program external flash memory.

Can I use JTAG emulator (eg. TMDSEMU560V2STM-UE) to program the flash?

Hello Holger,

Yes, JTAG can be used to program the SPI flash, as documented here.

Also, this FAQ lists all flashing tools for OMAP-L138/C6748.

I believe so. The SPI flashing procedure I mentioned should work with any JTAG.
