Hi,

0x41800410 is RoM code address. The SoC is stuck executing RoM code. Which boot mode do you face this? I mean eMMC or OSPI or SD?

Which is the OSPI part being used & looking at the address 0x41800410. Seems like the RoM code is stuck and not able to load the bootloader from the flash. Is this issue seen with any other boot mode?

In the ospi boot mode, this issue occurs occasionally, and it can be successfully started in most cases. In the sd card boot mode, it can be started normally.

To add another phenomenon, when we increase the surface temperature of the ospi flash chip to 100 degrees, this problem is easy to appear.

OSPI part number：MT35XU512ABA1G12-0AUT。The test is on our own board。

The flash part number that we have on TDA4VM is similar: Micron MT35XU512ABA1G12-0AAT

Since you are able to boot many a times the compatibility is proven.

One request from side: Can you confirm that the hang always happens at the below address you have mentioned?
