AMIC110: Changing EtherCAT IN and OUT ports

Hello,

We used two MII for EtherCAT ports. And connect MII0 to "OUT", MII1 to "IN" of the connector.

Is there any possible to change software settings without change hardware design, so that  MII0 is used to ECAT OUT, meanwhile MII1 is used to ECAT IN.
