Hi,

We must design a board using the AM4378S instead of the AM4378.

Is it possible to get the schematics for AM4378S EVB?

Another question, to store the cryptographic keys,

is it more secure to use an external TPM or the internal protected memory?.

We wonder if a spectre attack (or similar) could make this protected internal memory vulnerable.

    Hello,
    AM437x GP EVM schematics is accessible from the link (www.ti.com/.../sprr396)
    There's one difference between AM437x GP EVM vs AM437x HS EVM, where J42 4-pin is connected to a small LDO daughter card
    on AM437x HS EVM to provide VPP=1.8v to support initial key provisioning at factory floor to support secure boot.
    I uploaded the LDO card schematics in attachment for your reference.
    There are customer system designs as listed below depending on the security requirements:
    - AM437x GP + TPM
    - AM437x HS
    - AM437x HS + TPM
