I am working to understand the issue thread and have a question.

By the way, now our new customized board had the same peripheral circuit as EVM about this USB part

Any thoughts on the version of the EVM being used ?

Also can you please confirm if the customized board deign has been reviewed by TI.

the version of the EVM being used was 1.0( a label printed 1.0 which attached) see the photo below:
