Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

TDA4 vm board is used, version 7.3 SDK. The customer would like to know why the pipeline is not used in the tiovx\kernels_j7\hwa\test\test_video_encoder.c file. The associated functions are defined, if they want to use pipeline, how to modify test_video_encoder.c?

Could you help check this case? Thanks.
